Dr. Megan Freeman

Formerly with the State of Nevada, Dr. Freeman left government for the nonprofit sector in order to have more impact on the community. She founded Creative Solutions in 2023 with one simple idea - that ALL kids and families, regardless of resources, should have access to the best care.

Dr. Freeman is a licensed psychologist and offers comprehensive diagnostic assessments focused on mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and family relationships. Dr. Freeman also offers adult autism and adult ADHD assessments.

In her free time, Dr. Freeman loves to read, color, and spend time with her husband and children.

Caroline Murphy, LCSW

Caroline moved to Las Vegas in 2026 from St. Louis, MO, where she provided community-based therapy for children, teens, and families for several years. Caroline is as excited to work with parents as she is with kids, and is dedicated to empowering parents through extensive education and collaboration throughout treatment. Her flexible style invites input from her clients to ensure they are confident in understanding the therapy goals and process. Caroline is particularly passionate about working with the ADHD, autism, and PDA communities.

In her free time, Caroline enjoys cuddling her dog, playing video games, and spending time with her family (often all at the same time).

Zari Kelly, CPC

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Zari went out of state for college and graduate school and then returned to serve her Vegas community. Zari is available to see children, teens, and young adults, as well as parents needing their own support.

When not at work, Zari loves to spend time with her family. She is also an avid horse rider.

Marisela Rodriguez

Also a Las Vegas native, Marisela keeps us on track and on our toes! She is the glue that keeps Creative Solutions running.

Outside of work, Mar loves to spend time with her wife and their dogs.
